  I love yall’s products and I love to shop local. I’ve purchased quite a bit from y’all. I used to be a loyal customer but..... My mom and I have emailed, called, and sent an instagram message about our order. All of our messages have gone unanswered (when it states on your website you will respond in 48 hours). We placed an order in early December and it said it would be shipped out around the 15th and we would receive an email with updates. We have gotten no updates on our order and it has not arrived. We’ve been trying to reach you for a week. It was intended to be our Christmas presents. I understand it is the holiday season, but these things were promised to us almost 15 days ago. I noticed you also have other reviews stating the same thing. All of these unanswered emails about orders, yet you continue to post on social media. PLEASE send an update or resolve this issue.
