  The order I placed on line almost 2 weeks has still not arrived when it should have been here 2 days ago. Called customer service and found out the package is being shipped back to the warehouse. I was never contacted by customer service of this problem until I called them but they sure didn't hesitate on taking the money off my credit card. I am so frustrated. They have my email address, why couldn't I have gotten an email apologizing for the mishap and do something to fix it and make it right, instead of me having to do their job.
